AAT Level 2 Foundation Certificate in Bookkeeping AQ2016

 Develop your bookeeping and basic accounting skills or use this as a route into the AAT Accounting Qualification.

The AAT Level 2 Foundation Certificate in Bookkeeping is the intermediate level of AAT Bookkeeping and focuses on developing your bookkeeping and basic accounting skills, including double entry bookkeeping.  

This course will give you the skills and knowledge you need to manage the books effectively.  It offers a solid introduction to manual double entry bookkeeping up to Trial Balance standard.  It provides a great starting point for anyone wishing to start a career in the accounting industry. It is also suitable for those already working in finance and looking to back this up with a qualification or people who are self-employed and need to do their own bookkeeping.

The course is equally suitable for those who want to work in bookkeeping in a larger company's finance department or as an independent professional.

  • Processing bookkeeping transactions
  • Control account, journals and the banking system

  • Exam fees £82* (*rate for internal students only, resit fees are extra)
