Advanced Audit and Assurance (INT)


AAA teaches you how to apply relevant knowledge, skills and exercise professional judgement in analysing, evaluating, concluding and reporting on the assurance engagement and other audit and assurance issues in the context of best practice and current developments.

AAA will be assessed by a 3 hour and 15 minute paper based exam.

Section A - 2 compulsory questions - 50-70 marks with two compulsory case study questions. Current issues could also be tested here.

Section B - two shorter compulsory scenario questions - 30-50 marks.

This paper builds on knowledge acquired in AA and the Financial Reporting standards from SBR will also be relevant.

Read through your AA materials, as this will be assumed knowledge.

Course Information

This ACCA classroom course will comprise a teaching and revision phase culminating in a timed mock exam.

All course materials will be provided, including Textbook, Revision Kit, Passcards and Vale FT course notes.
